Shipping Policy
GENERAL INFORMATION
To ensure the timely and accurate delivery of your package as advertised, it is vital to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Please include all necessary details, such as street numbers, building/apartment numbers, and route information when applicable, using correct abbreviations. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost, misplaced, or undelivered shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided during the purchase.
Our shipping rate is a flat $5.00 for all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
PROCESSING TIME
Please be aware that there is a separate processing time for all orders, which is independent of the duration it takes for the shipment to reach its destination after the carrier collects it from our fulfillment center.
Our standard procedure involves picking, packing, and shipping orders within 3 days of their receipt, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Once an order has been picked and packed, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel an order, please ensure to do so within 24 hours of placing it. Otherwise, you will be required to initiate a return or exchange once the item has been delivered.
SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES
Our shipping rate is a flat $5.00 for all orders with no minimum order requirement. Delivery typically takes 5-7 days from the date of shipment. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information to monitor its progress.
We utilize trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other selected carriers, based on shipping requirements and at our sole discretion, to ensure reliable and efficient delivery to most locations.
During the checkout process, your final shipping cost, along with applicable taxes, will be clearly displayed. Additionally, we offer a tracked shipping option for an extra fee, providing the same 5-7 day delivery timeframe while allowing you to track your package every step of the way.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If the tracking information for your package shows that it has been marked as delivered, but you have not received it, or if you are facing a situation of non-delivery, please reach out to us within 10 days. We will assist you in coordinating with the carrier to address the issue. However, it’s important to note that once the carrier confirms delivery, HeroCompression cannot be held accountable for any packages. Therefore, we are unable to provide refunds or credits for such instances.
MISSING ITEMS
If you discover that an item is missing from your package, please contact us at support@herocompression.com. We will investigate whether all items were shipped together or if any additional packages are en route to you containing the missing items.
In the event of missing items in your order, we will promptly replace them at no cost to you. Once the missing items are shipped, we will provide you with a new tracking number to monitor their delivery progress.
TRACKING ORDERS
To ensure smooth communication and to keep you informed about your order, we kindly request all customers to provide an email address during the checkout process. This has been made a mandatory field for this purpose.
Once your order is shipped, an automatic shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address on file. This email will contain a tracking code and a link to track the progress of your package.
If, for any reason, you have not received tracking information within 2-3 days of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@herocompression.com. Our team will be happy to assist you in providing the necessary tracking details.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING
HeroCompression retains the exclusive authority to define and restrict, decline, or invalidate orders from customers at any given time based on the following grounds:
An abnormal or excessive pattern of returns Potential involvement in fraudulent or criminal activities.

CANCELLATIONS
Upon receiving orders, they are promptly forwarded to our distribution center for processing and shipping. It is important to note that you have a 24-hour window from the time of placing your order to request a cancellation. Once this period elapses and the distribution center has received your order, modifications are no longer possible. However, you can always initiate a return once you have received your item. To ensure the security of your purchase, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed. Please be aware that cancellations cannot be accommodated once an order has been shipped.
